My family and I came here to have dinner. We were just about to start eating when we found a roach it the rice we were lucky to see it before taking a bite!! We spoke with the manager about it and they apologized and said there was no charge, we were very disgusted cancelled and left!
Absolutely love Red Lobster. We stopped in for a super early dinner (supper) during the course of an 8 hour road trip.
It was a welcome break.The service was friendly though could have been a tad faster as there was only one other table.
They did get one order wrong but brought out the correct order without any fuss at all, plus let us keep the extra shrimp so a win in the end!
The cheddar biscuits are always amazing..we of course got some when we sat down and just had to get a second serving!
The food came out hot and fresh. The portion sizes were great..enough for lunch the next day :)
Already looking forward to my next visit. Always a must have when I visit the US!
If I could give this Red Lobster location a zero star I would. They say they are short staffed but they are not. Most of the staff move at a snails pace. The location was not full of customers but yet we waited over an hour. Then it took more then 40 minutes to get our food. This was at 3 pm when it should not be slow. The place was completely filthy with tables not even cleaned and leftover food all over the place.. it even smelled bad outside the restaurant and inside. I asked for the Manager and he openly stated the cooks had a fight in the back and one quit. The server was horrible. We never got rolls. Our order was messed up twice. Not to mention the table in front of us was mad as well for sitting for an hour and not getting their food as well. The table next to us was complaining how their order was wrong and that the server took their change $45 without asking them to keep the tip (there was only three of them with a $60 bill).
This location is in need of new leadership from the local Manager and district Manager from my stand point. Corporate or whoever really needs to revamp this location with new staff.
The food was AMAZING! I got my food on time and my server was really nice! I would highly recommend everyone to come here and enjoy the crab fest and unlimited shrimp fest!

Delicious hot food, served very fast. Serice was also awesome, our server Natasha was amazing!
